How Often Should You Float?
Just like the gym or dieting, to gain the benefits of floating, consistency is key.
Now unlike the gym you dont need to float three times a week, although some people do. Once a month, fortnightly or weekly are common, be realistic, how far are you travelling? What is your budget? Do Not set yourself up to fail, start slowly.
What’s important when floating is, why are you floating? Once you have this clear in your mind then a routine is next.
You would never get in the car and set off driving with no destination, or join a gym and just randomly use equipment with no clear goal. You would also never join a gym and leave after one session because your six-pack didn’t appear ??
Be realistic
Have clear goals, is it stress relief, is it to be more present, is it to have deeper more meaningful relationships, knowing yourself better, introspection, muscle recovery from training, to develop creative thought?
