I have just had the most AMAZING floatation experience …..! I cannot recommend this enough. The owners and staff at Lincolnshire Cryotherapy & Floatation are super friendly, and the premises are absolutely spotless and really well presented. I feel like my body and mind has had a complete re-set, I can feel a detox kicking in and I plan to follow the wave of this relaxation by laying down for a while now I’m home. Plan to book in this phenomenal self care experience on a regular basis!
So good, the float tank. lovely room with shower and towels, soft lighting, just a brilliant experience. Don’t be put off thinking it sounds claustrophobic, give it a go you won’t regret it!
Would definitely recommend both the float and the cryo experience! I’ve been having cryotherapy weekly for the last three months and can’t get enough. I look forward to every session and the sense of relief after each session is immense. I’ve now roped my mum and sister into coming too and they feel exactly the same. Matt is friendly and reassuring, always happy for you to pick his brains. The new layout is really inviting and looks brilliant! Not a luxury in life anymore but a necessity.
